Returns and Refunds
Salty Chic Clothing Co. stands behind the brands we carry and quality of our products and want you to love them as well! We understand everything may not work for you and are here to help. Salty Chic Clothing Co will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags attached. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. Items returned to us must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke smell or similar product stains.
We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Refunds-We do not offer refunds to original form of payment. We will issue Store Credit in the form of a Gift Card to be used towards any single or multiple purchases. All refund requests must be initiated within 30 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 30 days of submission to qualify for store credit. Please email us to initiate a refund and include, Name, order date, and item wished to return at saltychicclothingco@gmail.com or submit to Salty Chic Chat bot on our website.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow Salty Chic Clothing Co 1-3 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Salty Chic Clothing Co. will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
- Items NOT ELIGIBLE: Jewelry, hats, headbands, scarves, handbags, swimwear, bodysuits, final sale, and gift cards.
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be claimed as damaged. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact saltychicclothingco@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, cut into or altered.
