Refund policy
Salty Chic Clothing Co. stands behind the brands we carry and quality of our products and want you to love them as well! We understand everything may not work for you and are here to help. Salty Chic Clothing Co will accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. Items returned to us must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke smell or similar product stains.
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 14 days of submission to qualify for a full refund of store credit.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow Salty Chic Clothing Co 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Salty Chic Clothing Co. will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
- Items NOT ELIGIBLE: Jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, swimwear, bodysuits, final sale, and gift cards.
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be claimed as damaged. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact saltychicclothingco@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, cut into or altered.
